Artist's Description
The Grand Tetons just south of Jenny Lake.
This image was captured in early October just after the fire season and a very dry summer.
When traveling for photography I'm usually with 2 cameras, one 35mm and the other digital. This image is film and I felt was the better of the 2 formats. The film version gave me a more "life feel" effect and so I went with my gut.
This image was edited using PS and Elements. Only things done to this capture was the adding of the quote, (AA~one of my favorites) border and a gray to orange filter effect to give it a rustic/western feel.

Being a professional photographer and explorer made me realize the value of connecting people with the gifts that nature selflessly gives us. I started taking pictures in my teens with my Konica TC 35mm progressing on to a Canon Rebel 35mm, Nikon D3200, D700, D850.
